01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and MARSK INDUSTRIES ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the uBloxx mobile application (the "Game").

By accessing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Game and you must discontinue use immediately.

02 Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy on Exploits

To maintain a fair ecosystem for all players and support the ongoing development of uBloxx, we strictly prohibit the use of any unauthorized third-party software, cheats, scripts, bugs, or exploits to bypass our monetization systems.

Specifically, any attempt to:

  • Obtain premium in-game assets (e.g., Gems, Currency, Skins) without payment;
  • Bypass Rewarded Ads to claim rewards without viewing the advertisement;
  • Manipulate local save data or server responses to inflate currency balances;

Consequences of Violation

The detection of any unfair means mentioned above will lead to the immediate and permanent suspension of your account. We reserve the right to ban the associated Google Account or Device ID from accessing uBloxx and any future titles developed by MARSK INDUSTRIES. No refunds will be issued for accounts banned due to Terms of Service violations.

03 Virtual Items & Purchases

The Game may include opportunities to purchase virtual currency ("Gems") or items ("Skins", "Power-ups") using real-world money.

  • License, Not Ownership: You do not own Virtual Items. Instead, you purchase a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Game.
  • No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Google Play Store.
  • Platform Processing: All financial transactions are handled by Google. MARSK INDUSTRIES does not process payments or store credit card details.

04 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Game is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Game (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

05 Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
